Antique globe chair in Vryheid, KwaZulu-Natal for sale
This is a truly stunning chair. The patina is well contrasted on the aged wood and being one of the earliest models, a lot more detail has been added to the legs, witch make this model very desirable. The seat has had a minor repair done on it but the rest of it is in great condition. It is oiled not varnished. This chair is a product of the globe chair company, witch manufactured these chairs, extensively throughout the early 1900. It is easily identified by the wire tensioner under the seat.
